No, and it never will be. There are no screenshots, no activity spying and no keystroke logging, and location is captured at timer start only — disclosed to the worker, not tracked continuously. The question your team answers is “did you log your time”, never “am I being watched”.
Timers run in the background and are recovered after the app or browser is closed, and idle detection prompts the person rather than silently truncating the entry. Manual and retrospective entries are always available, and always clearly flagged as such.
